Engraved plastic signs

Our engraved plastic signs are used for all types of outdoor signage, indoor signage and name plates.

You choose the sign colour, sign design, sign size, text size, typeface, symbols and adhesion methods. By using our ‘Sign-O-Matic’ you can easily design a sign which suits you.

The maximum dimension of the sign is 510x330mm. You can make anything from small nameplates to large information signs.

The signs are produced from a 1.6mm thick double-layer plastic laminate, with an upper layer which gives the colour of the sign and a lower layer which gives the colour of the text. The upper layer is 0.08mm thick. The plastic is bought from the American company Rowmark.

Production is carried out by our laser engraver machines, ‘Epilog’ and ‘LaserPro’.

The plastic is placed in the machine and, with the help of a laser, the text that you designed in our ‘Sign-O-Matic’ is engraved. Then the shape of the sign is cut out, also with the help of a laser.

The signs are lifted out of the machine, washed, packed and sent directly to you.

Our plastic signs are of high quality and durability.

Aluminium signs

Aluminium signs are primarily used for outdoor and road signage.

The signs are produced from aluminium sheets which are purchased ready cut, bent and lacquered from R&D Spandex.

The maximum dimension of the sign is 1500x600mm.

With the help of a foil cutter from Gerber, the vinyl text and image is cut out and applied directly to the aluminium sign. The sign is then carefully packed and sent to you.

Our aluminium signs are of high quality and durability.

Wood

The wooden signs that we produce are used for all types of indoor signage, and convey an old fashioned and exclusive feeling.

We use 4mm thick MDF beech wood vaneer sheets. We engrave and cut out your desired sign with the help of our laser machine in the same way as when producing a plastic sign.

The maximum dimension of the wooden sign is 510x330mm.

Acrylic

We produce both transparent and white acrylic signs. They convey a highly exclusive impression and are very suitable as, for example, door signs.

The signs are produced from 8mm thick plastic and are cut out with the help of our laser machine. The text is written out in vinyl and is applied thereafter in the same way as for aluminium signs.

The maximum dimension of the acrylic sign is 600x550mm.
