Vinyl text: 6-12 business days.
Aluminum signs, acrylic signs, brass signs, name badges (color printing), magnetic signs, decals, brass label plates, roll-ups and banners: 7-15 business days.

Plastic signs (engraving): 0.06 inch.

How much do signs cost?

The price varies depending on the material and design choices you make on the Design Page – where you create your sign! You can always see the price of the sign while you are designing your sign.

How do you order signs?



You can start by either creating your own sign design on the Design Page or use one of our example signs and adapt it to your own requirements. Once you are satisfied with your sign, add it to the basket. You can move directly to the checkout by clicking on the “Go to checkout” button or stay on the page to design more signs. At the checkout, you complete your address details and select your desired payment method..

Do I need to order on the website?

Orders are placed on our website. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us at info@signomatic.com. We will do our best to help you.

Can I add my own image or logo to the sign?

Yes, on our Design Page you can upload your own image or logo. Depending on the size of the sign, the JPG, BMP, GIF, PNG or TIFF formats may be sufficient, but we always recommend vectorised images such as PDF, EPS or SVG for the best quality, if possible. The general recommended resolution for images is 300 dpi. Printing from a lower resolution works less well and can result in blurry/pixelated images. Would you like to know if your image is of a sufficiently high quality? Upload your image or logo to our Design Page. For most formats, the recommended maximum height and maximum width is displayed under the image.

Can I order more than one sign per order?

Yes. You can design and order several signs in a single order. On the Design Page, you can add the desired number of signs to the basket and also get an overview of your products. Once you are happy with your order, you can proceed to the checkout. At the checkout, you can review your signs once again before you complete your order.

How much is shipping and handling?

Shipping and handling is a flat $4.50 per order.

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay your order online by PayPal or credit card (we accept Visa and MasterCard).

How do I change my contact details?

Log in to the Customer Zone by providing your e-mail address or customer number and password. You can change your address and contact information, as well as view your previous orders, in the Customer Zone.

Can I re-order signs that I previously ordered?

Yes. Log in to the Customer Zone using your e-mail address and password. You can view your previous orders in the Customer Zone. Click on a previous order and then on the sign you want. This will take you back to the Design Page and you can re-order the sign or change the design of the sign before adding it to the basket.

Can I return the sign if I'm not satisfied?

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, then we are dissatisfied too. That’s why all our customers are covered by our satisfied customer guarantee. In order to ensure that we can help you in the best way, please contact us with your issue as soon as possible at info@signomatic.com.

How do I remove unwanted objects from the sign?

If you would like to remove an image or a row of text from a sign, first highlight the relevant object. A box containing a cross will be visible a little further up the page. Click on the cross in the highlighted box and the object will disappear.

Which fix methods can I choose between?

There are various fixing methods available, depending on the type and size of the sign. You can choose your preferred fixing method on the Design Page. For more information on each product, visit our product page and click on the required product. 

How can I order several signs with exactly the same design?

To order several signs with the same design, you just need to add one sign to your basket. The basket will then display a box in which you can change the number of signs by manually entering the required quantity. You can also change the quantity by clicking the plus sign or the orange “Add to basket” button until you have the required number of signs in the basket.

How do I adjust the image which I uploaded to use on the sign?

You can enlarge or reduce the size of your pictures exactly as you want. A double-ended arrow will appear when you place the mouse pointer on any corner of the image. Using the mouse to pull in or out, you can enlarge or reduce the size of the image.

How do I add text(s) to the sign with different fonts/text sizes?

If you want to add a text to the sign with varying font or text size, choose to add several objects to the sign. You add an object by clicking on the “Add text” box. You can then adjust the text and size of each individual object as you wish.
